Hello, hello, hello to all the amazing people, incredible friends, loyal followers and fellow diehard music lovers in my world! Hope each of you is enjoying a tremendous holiday season with your closest, despite the world’s current state of disarray and uncertainty. I do hope this finds each of you healthy, safe and well.
Before we conclude this challenging spin around the sun here in 2021, I thought I’d send out my annual message spotlighting a “positive” that did actually occur during these past 12 months – that being the release of many offerings of outstanding music. In light of the many difficulties that we’ve all experienced during these past two years, the most creative and talented among us have certainly persevered in large ways and provided us all with the wonderfully powerful “gift of music” that continues to help get us through the toughest of times.
As in previous years, I’ve taken the chance to go back and review the many impressive audio releases that stood out to me and those that definitely assisted in bringing brighter moments to my daily life. Honestly, in listening again to many of these phenomenal efforts, I was reminded of how much creative genius continues to exist in the world around us. Simply fantastic and I really couldn’t be more thankful.
With that being said and without further adieu, I share with you below my selections for “The Top 10 Albums of 2021.” I hope each of you may discover some new tunes from my list you may not have been aware of previously and that might open your ears to different artists moving forward, as well. Happy listening!
So, from Sir Arthur Dog and I here in Southwest Austin to you and your loved ones around the world, wherever this may find you, I’m sending along a message of peace, unity, safety, excellent health, wellness, more happiness moving forward and many better days ahead for us all!
I also want to wish you all a very HAPPY NEW YEAR and best wishes that 2022 will completely exceed our expectations. Here’s to one incredibly successful and productive adventure through the new calendar – chock full of much positivity, great news, increased happiness, infinite love and more laughter!
LIVE A GREAT STORY!
Cheers and happy listening from The “Unofficial Mayor of Austin!”
